The Proxy Product Owner (PPO) will join the Digital Growth Hub within Consumer Healthcare Digital Business Solutions, supporting global Commercial and Marketing initiatives. The team manages a worldwide solution portfolio, including Salesforce-driven tools such as CRM, B2B Portals, and Marketing Automation.

Project roles and responsibilities
The PPO will support the B2B Product team by providing hands-on digital analysis and functional expertise across Salesforce B2B Commerce modules in a complex, multi-cloud setting. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, solution understanding, and FMCG/Consumer Health business awareness, acting as an advisor to deliver key product vision and outcomes.

Mandatory Skills

- PPO/PO/BA experience with strong project & stakeholder management
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce
- Ability to gather, challenge,



and translate requirements into Epics/User Stories
- Experience in backlog grooming, functional design, and acceptance criteria
- Strong business acumen, communication, and leadership
- Experience leading B2B problem management, testing, and preparing training material
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Delivery, Testing, Support)

Nice to Have

- Exposure to Salesforce CRM / Marketing Automation
- FMCG / Consumer Healthcare experience
- Experience in complex enterprise integrations
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working
- Experience working with global or multi-country teams

Contract: 6-month contract (possible internalization)
