Role SummaryThis role focuses on backend product development using Java technologies, contributing to architecture, performance optimization, and enterprisegrade solutions.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and enhance backend systems using Java
- Design and implement microservicesbased solutions
- Participate in architectural discussions and system improvements
- Ensure high availability and performance of applications
- Guide junior developers technically

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Solid expertise in Core Java, Java 8+, Spring Framework
- Experience with Microservices architecture
- Handson with databases NoSQL like Mongo DB or Similar
- Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka / RabbitMQ) is a plus
- Exposure to cloud and DevOps tools is desirable
