Job Description
TCS is looking for experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud Consultants with strong expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce CRM solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to deliver scalable customer engagement, sales automation, and customer service solutions.
Key Skills Required Strong experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations Expertise in Sales Process Automation, Lead Management, Opportunity Management, and Forecasting Experience in Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Omnichannel Support Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, and Sharing Rules Experience in Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flow Builder, and Approval Processes Knowledge of Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Record Types,



and Page Layouts Experience with Reports, Dashboards, and Analytics Exposure to Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Experience in Salesforce Lightning Experience Configuration and Customization Integration experience using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and Middleware Platforms Knowledge of Data Migration using Data Loader and ETL Tools Experience in User Management, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Role Hierarchies Strong understanding of Customer Service Processes, SLAs, and Service Operations Experience in UAT, Production Support, Incident Management, and Change Requests Solid stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification Experience in End-to-End Implementations, Rollouts, and Support Projects Knowledge of Agile Methodologies and DevOps Practices
