Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master who combines strong Agile delivery expertise with practical experience using Generative AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity AI. The ideal candidate should understand how to engineer effective prompts, critically evaluate AI-generated outputs, and coach Agile teams on using AI responsibly to improve productivity, quality, and delivery speed.

This role requires someone who can challenge AI responses, validate outputs, identify inaccuracies, and use AI as a collaborative assistant rather than simply accepting its recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles and Agile best practices.
- Remove impediments and enable continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Product Owners to maintain healthy product backlogs.
- Track sprint progress, velocity, burndown charts, and delivery metrics.
- Facilitate dependency management across multiple Agile teams.

AI-Driven Responsibilities

- Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, and Microsoft Copilot to improve Agile delivery.
- Create effective prompts for:
- User Stories
- Acceptance Criteria
- Sprint Planning
- Risk Analysis
- Meeting Summaries
- Release Notes
- Documentation
- Validate AI-generated content for correctness and completeness.
- Challenge AI responses by asking follow-up questions, refining prompts, and cross-verifying outputs.
- Coach team members on effective AI prompting techniques.
- Introduce AI-assisted workflows while ensuring governance and data privacy.




- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive Scrum and project management tasks using AI.

Required Skills

Agile

- 510 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile methodologies
- Experience working with distributed Agile teams
- Experience with Agile metrics and reporting

AI Skills

Hands-on experience using:

- Claude
- ChatGPT
- Google Gemini
- Microsoft Copilot
- GitHub Copilot
- Perplexity AI

Should demonstrate experience in:

- Prompt Engineering
- Prompt refinement
- AI-assisted decision making
- AI output validation
- AI risk identification
- Fact checking
- AI governance awareness

Agile Tools

Experience with:

- Jira
- Azure DevOps
- Confluence
- Miro
- Lucidchart

Nice to Have

Experience with AI integrations into Agile workflows such as:

- Jira AI
- Atlassian Intelligence
- Azure AI
- Copilot for Microsoft 365
- AI-assisted backlog grooming
- AI-generated sprint reports

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master preferred.
- AI certifications or Prompt Engineering certifications are an added advantage.
- 5+ years as Scrum Master
- Experience in Software Product Development
- Exposure to AI-powered software development environments
- Experience working with Engineering, QA, DevOps, UX, and Product teams
- Toll Domain background highly preferred.
