AI/ML Engineer (4+ Years Experience)

About the Role

We are building AI systems that convert unstructured visual data into structured, actionable outputs that power real-world business workflows. This role is focused on solving complex, high-variability problems and developing reliable, production-ready AI solutions rather than building standalone models.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, optimize, and maintain end-to-end AI/ML pipelines, from data ingestion and pre processing to inference and structured output generation.
- Work with noisy and inconsistent datasets to improve data quality and model performance.
- Develop pre processing pipelines, including data normalization, transformations, and input standardization.
- Design and execute experiments, fine-tune models, and evaluate trade-offs between accuracy, latency, and cost.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to deploy production-ready ML models through APIs and batch or real-time processing systems.
- Monitor, debug, and improve model performance in production environments.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning with exposure to Computer Vision.
- Strong proficiency in Python with production-quality coding practices.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and system design principles.
- Experience designing, building, and deploying production-grade ML systems.
- Hands-on experience developing systems that extract or process information from complex visual inputs,



such as documents, forms, or other structured data.
- Robust understanding of neural network architectures, including CNNs, Transformers, and sequence models, along with their practical trade-offs.
- Ability to:
- Select appropriate AI/ML approaches based on business and technical requirements.
- Fine-tune and optimize models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Debug model behavior and troubleshoot production issues.
- Perform error analysis and evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or similar.
- Familiarity with scalable data pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and distributed systems.
- Exposure to multimodal AI systems combining vision and text.
