Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM and Finance modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion technical development, integrations, reporting, and data migration. The role requires excellent customer-facing skills, solution architecture capabilities, and the ability to lead technical teams while delivering enterprise-scale Oracle Fusion solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle Fusion Technical Development

- Design, develop, and support Oracle Fusion SCM and Finance technical solutions
- Develop and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reports based on business requirements
- Perform data migration activities using FBDI templates
- Design and develop integrations between Oracle Fusion and external applications using REST/SOAP Web Services, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and third-party integration platforms

Solution Design & Delivery

- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Perform business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and solution architecture
- Prepare technical design documents, solution specifications, and implementation documentation
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle

Technical Leadership





- Lead technical teams during implementation, enhancement, and support projects
- Provide technical guidance, architecture recommendations, and best practices
- Work independently while managing multiple technical deliverables
- Ensure solution quality, performance, scalability, and compliance with Oracle standards

Required Skills & Experience

- 10-12 years of overall experience in Oracle Fusion Technical development (SCM & Finance)
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Applications
- Strong proficiency in:
- BI Publisher (BIP)
- OTBI Reports
- Hands-on experience with:
- FBDI Data Migration
- REST APIs
- SOAP Web Services
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Third-party Integrations
- Solid customer-facing, communication, documentation, and presentation skills
