Store Manager

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a store.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the store and ecommerce.
- Attend events.
- Oversee billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock audits and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate product displays, new arrivals, and seasonal launches.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
- Ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and aligned with brand standards.
- Work closely with the management team on promotions, events, and operational improvements.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Experience with POS systems, billing software, and Microsoft Excel is preferred but not required.
- Robust organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work weekends and retail business hours.

Preferred Experience

- Experience managing a saree, apparel, boutique, or premium fashion store.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising and inventory management.
- Ability to build lasting customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
