Role Overview
We are seeking highly driven Telesales Agents for a high-intensity calling role. You will manage retail customers & insurance broker portfolios, build strategic relationships, and drive month-on-month revenue growth across crop, motor, health, and general insurance products.
Key Responsibilities

- Drive Revenue: Execute high-volume sales calls to meet aggressive monthly targets.

- Convert Leads: Call outbound marketing leads to close direct customer sales.

- Manage Brokers: Own, nurture, and expand an assigned insurance portfolio.

- Product Sales: Sell general insurance products including crop, motor, and health.

- Build Relationships: Partner closely with brokers to consistently grow account value.

- Experience: Proven track record in general insurance telesales (crop, motor, health & other general insurance products).

- Lead Conversion: Experience in calling marketing leads and closing sales.





- Broker Management: Strong history of driving revenue through broker portfolios.

- Mindset: Highly driven, resilient, and comfortable in a high-intensity calling environment.

- Skills: Revenue generation, Lead conversion, Relationship building, negotiation, retentions and excellent phone communication.
