We are looking for a Senior Bench Sales who specializes in marketing senior-level H1B consultants. While experience in SAP consulting is preferred, the key requirement is the ability to effectively market senior consultants, build strong vendor relationships, and help consultants enhance their marketabilityespecially on LinkedIn.

All our consultants specialize in SAP technologies, so familiarity with SAP modules is a plus.

Responsibilities:
-Expertly market senior H1B consultants to top vendors and clients.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with prime vendors and direct clients.




-Guide consultants on improving their LinkedIn presence and branding.
-Craft compelling emails and marketing materials to engage vendors.
-Stay updated on industry trends to better position consultants.

Requirements:
-3-7 years of experience in bench sales, H1B consultant marketing, or IT staffing.
-Experience with SAP consultants is a plus.
-Robust LinkedIn presence and excellent networking skills.
-Established relationships with prime vendors and direct clients.
-Excellent email writing and communication skills.
