Roles and Responsibilities :

Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years' experience in retail operations or related field with expertise in managing multiple stores simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of retail outlets' operations from planning to execution; ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
