Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth in the US IT staffing market. This is not a bench sales role. The BDM will focus on acquiring current clients and vendors, expanding accounts, and building long-term revenue partnerships.The ideal candidate brings strong US client/vendor connections, understands the US staffing ecosystem, and can position RS Integrators as a trusted staffing partner.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Development & Account Growth
- Acquire and onboard new US clients and vendor partners
- Execute MSAs, NDAs, and vendor agreements
- Grow existing accounts for repeat and exclusive businessClient & Vendor Management
- Engage with account managers, procurement, and hiring managers
- Understand hiring needs, budgets, and project scopes
- Negotiate rates and margins to ensure profitabilityRevenue & Strategy Ownership
- Drive revenue growth and margin improvement




- Forecast demand and guide skill investment (SAP & niche IT)
- Share market insights with internal teamsInternal Collaboration
- Work closely with bench sales, recruitment, immigration, and delivery teams
- Align candidate readiness with client expectations
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to deliveryBrand & Market Positioning
- Represent RS Integrators professionally in the US market
- Promote company capabilities, compliance strength, and delivery model
- Strengthen long term client and vendor relationships

Required Skills & Experience

-5-10+ years in US IT staffing business development-Proven success in onboarding new US clients and vendors-Strong network of direct clients and Tier-1 / Tier-2 vendors-Solid knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099 models, contracts, and margins-Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills-Experience working with offshore bench sales and delivery teams
