Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement PMO processes, policies, and procedures to ensure effective project management across the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions using Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and other tools.
- Provide guidance on governance best practices for IT projects, ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Analyze data to track project performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in a similar role within an insurance industry setting.
- Strong understanding of Azure DevOps, SharePoint, PMO principles, and governance frameworks (e.g., PMBOK).
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and create actionable recommendations for process improvements.
- Experience working in a rapid-paced environment with multiple priorities simultaneously.
