Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Act as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders within the assigned verticals.
- Identify and execute structured HR projects aligned to business needs with measurable outcomes.
- Identify people challenges proactively and design structured interventions with measurable outcomes.
- Conduct ground-level employee connect, FGDs and issue resolution
- Own workforce fulfilment for the assigned verticals
- Drive attrition management through proactive risk identification and timely intervention.
- Own end-to-end performance management cycle including goal setting, calibration, and closure.

Education & Experience:

- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 5 to 8 years of HR experience with demonstrated HRBP exposure
- Strong stakeholder management, data orientation, and process discipline
- High ownership, field orientation, and comfort operating in a quick-paced environment
- Prior experience partnering with Product and Technology functions is preferred
