We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect (Python) to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, cloud technologies, microservices architecture, API design, and system architecture. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and product managers to define technical solutions and guide development teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end application architecture using Python and modern frameworks.
- Define scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions.
- Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance to development teams.
- Design RESTful APIs and microservices-based applications.
- Review application design, code quality, and development best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and engineering teams to gather requirements.
- Ensure applications meet security, scalability, and performance standards.
- Design cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide architectural solutions.
- Mentor developers and conduct architecture and code reviews.
- Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution design documents.




- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
- Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Experience designing REST APIs and Microservices Architecture.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and scalable application design.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Familiarity with messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with AI/ML integrations or Generative AI applications.
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
- Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
