Job Description :
We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst with experience in the Payments domain. The candidate will gather business requirements, prepare BRD/FSD and user stories, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams, support Agile SDLC, perform data analysis, and manage stakeholder communication.
Required Skills :
- 2–5 years of Business Analyst experience
- Solid knowledge of BRD, FSD, User Stories, Agile (JIRA/Confluence), and SDLC
- Hands-on experience in UPI, Card Payments, POS, Merchant Acquiring, or Payment Gateways
- SQL/Data Analysis skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
