Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Insurance Counsellor to assist patients with health insurance processes, cashless hospitalization, TPA coordination, and claim documentation. The candidate will act as a bridge between patients, insurance companies, TPAs, and hospital departments to ensure a smooth insurance approval and claim settlement process.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel patients regarding health insurance coverage, cashless, and reimbursement processes.
- Coordinate with TPAs and insurance companies for pre-authorization approvals.
- Verify insurance eligibility, policy coverage, and required documents.
- Prepare, review,



and submit claim documentation accurately.
- Follow up on pending approvals, queries, and claim settlements.
- Coordinate with billing, admissions, medical records, and treating doctors.
- Educate patients about policy advantages, exclusions, co-payments, and claim procedures.
- Resolve patient insurance-related queries and ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of approvals, denials, and claim status.
- Ensure compliance with hospital and insurance guideline
