Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing.
- Identify and address denials by investigating root causes, appealing denied claims, and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as revenue cycle management (RCM) staff to ensure timely resolution of AR issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in a CRM system.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in US healthcare BPO or similar industry.
- Solid knowledge of RCM processes, including accounts receivable calling and denial management.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone calls.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
