Job Title: Assistant Manager / Manager - Residential Sales

Job Description: We are expanding its Residential Sales team in Hyderabad. We are looking for dynamic AM/Manager level skilled who can drive sales for our premium residential projects in Neopolis.
Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue

- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for assigned projects
- Generate leads through primary sources, referrals, channel partners, and corporate tie-ups
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with HNI clients
- Ensure quality sales with focus on high-ticket residential units

2. Client Management

- Build and maintain relationships with prospects from first contact to booking
- Handle objections, pricing discussions, and closure
- Coordinate with CRM team for smooth post-booking to registration process

3. Team & Reporting

- Lead/guide a team of sales executives if Manager role
- Maintain daily sales reports, pipeline, and CRM data
- Analyze market trends, competitor projects, and customer feedback




- Participate in weekly reviews and sales strategy meetings

4. Operations

- Work closely with marketing, sales admin, and project teams
- Ensure 100% adherence to sales processes, documentation, and compliance
- Support events, launches, and exhibitions for lead generation

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 5-10 years in residential real estate sales. Exposure to premium/luxury segment preferred
- Education: Graduate/MBA preferred
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Pleasing personality and strong network in Hyderabad market
- Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, comfortable in fast-paced environment
- Tools: Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems
