Role & responsibilities

- Good Communication skills, managing emails, and crafting clear and concise correspondence.
- Should be analytical, ability to read and analyze reports.
- Anticipate needs, proactively research, and identify solutions to streamline the Executive's workflow.
- Prepare and organize meeting agendas, presentations, and reports.
- Manage travel logistics, leveraging online booking tools or preferred vendors to secure flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Maintain a meticulous filing system, ensuring all confidential information is handled with discretion.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Take initiative and tackle additional administrative duties as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

- A highly organized individual with pleasing Personality having minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.




- Any Post Graduate having specialization in degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (a plus).
- Good Writing skills and should be able to prepare MIS reports.
- Adept at time management, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a demanding environment.
- A clear and concise communicator and excellent command in oral and written communication (English) with a professional and courteous demeanour.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), MS Project, Artificial Intelligence tools like Chatgpt / Gemini, web-browsing and adept at learning new software.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- A resourceful problem-solver.
- A discreet and trustworthy qualified with a commitment to confidentiality.
