Job Role: Jr. US IT Recruiter

Job Location: Hyderabad (Onsite) Night shift

Job Type: Full Time - Onsite only

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
- Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.

Job Requirements:

- 0-3 years of experience in US Staffing. Fresher Graduates are welcome.
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or any other related field
- Must be comfortable working in CST Time zone.
- Should have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to display deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.
