Key Responsibilities

Team & People Management

- Leads & manages Ad Operations support team
- Drive staff training programs and upskilling initiatives across Foxtel Media
- Responsible for staff rostering
- Manage stakeholders
- Act as the primary escalation point prior to vendor escalation

Operational Management

- Oversee incident and request management, ensuring timely resolution within defined SLAs
- Manage Landmark deployment, configuration (channels, products, agencies), and regression testing
- Lead Landmark enhancement specification and Dev/UAT/testing cycles
- Perform UAR (User Access Review) compliance analysis on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Liaise with Finance, Broadcast Operations and Centralised Trading teams

Reporting & Governance

- Deliver KPI/SLA reporting and analysis to key stakeholders
- Produce WIP (Work in Progress) reporting and operational updates
- Manage business communications across Finance, Broadcast Operations, and Centralised Trading teams

Ticket & Vendor Management

- Manage ticket queues across Halo and Jira, ensuring accurate triage and assignment
- Act as agency and vendor liaison,



coordinating escalations and resolutions
- Oversee invoicing processes related to Ad Operations

Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain and govern operational documentation in Confluence
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and audit requirements

Key Skills & Experience

- 10+ years in an Ad Operations, Media, or Broadcast technology setting
- Deep expertise in Landmark (SME level) - configuration, deployment, and regression testing
- Strong working knowledge of ticketing platforms - Halo and Jira
- Experience with KPI/SLA frameworks, operational reporting, and WIP tracking
- Proven experience in Level 1 & 2 support environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Finance, Broadcast Operations, Trading
- Strong documentation skills (Confluence)
- Technical Skills – Landmark, .NET, Databases, Webservices, API integration, understanding of DWH platforms.
- Exposure to AWS and cloud-based operational environments desirable
