Hiring: Business Development Manager (BDM) US Staffing

Sidram Technologies is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with solid experience in US IT Staffing. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of acquiring new business, developing direct client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities in the US IT Staffing market

Acquire and manage Direct Clients, MSPs, and Implementation Partners

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers

Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals

Negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and staffing contracts

Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to fulfill client requirements

Develop account growth strategies and identify new business opportunities

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business reviews

Monitor market trends and identify emerging staffing opportunities

Achieve monthly, quarterly,



and annual revenue targets

Required Skills

Minimum 5+ years of Business Development experience in US IT Staffing

Strong experience acquiring and managing:

- Direct Clients
- MSP Programs
- Implementation Partners

Strong understanding of:

- US Staffing Industry
- Contract Staffing
- Permanent Hiring

- C2C
- 1099
- Full-Time Hiring

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

Proven experience closing new business and growing client accounts

Ability to work independently and achieve revenue targets

Preferred Qualifications

Existing network of Direct Clients and MSPs

Strong knowledge of the US Staffing market

Experience leading client meetings and contract negotiations

Proven track record of business growth and account management
