About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. The incumbent will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across Corporate, R&D;, Manufacturing, Engineering, Commercial, and Plant functions. The role requires solid stakeholder management, excellent sourcing capabilities, and the ability to deliver quality talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from manpower requisition to candidate on boarding.

Partner with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, define hiring strategies, and deliver quality talent within agreed timelines.

Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, social media, and networking.





Screen and evaluate candidates through structured interviews and competency-based assessments.

Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate feedback, offer discussions, salary negotiations, and pre-joining engagement.

Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.

Handle hiring across Corporate Functions, R&D;, Manufacturing, Engineering, Plant Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, HR, and Commercial functions.

Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Track recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Fill, Offer-to-Join Ratio, Source Effectiveness, and Hiring Quality.

Maintain recruitment data, ATS records, dashboards, and reports with high accuracy.

Participate in employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, employee referral programs, and recruitment drives.

Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, processes, and documentation standards.

Stay updated with market trends, compensation benchmarks, and innovative sourcing techniques.

Candidate Profile:

5-8 years of overall experience in Talent Acquisition with a proven track record of delivering quality hires.

Prior experience in a fast-paced corporate Talent Acquisition environment is preferred.

Strong experience in hiring for Corporate Functions, R&D;, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Plant-level roles.

Hands-on experience in sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and direct search.

Good understanding of recruitment technologies, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and AI-enabled sourcing tools.

Excellent stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills.

Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication abilities.

Full-time MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Hindi and/or Telugu will be an added advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
