Role & responsibilities

- Edit marketing videos end-to-end, trimming, cutting, and sequencing clips and adding transitions, effects, and graphics in line with brand guidelines.
- Design and add motion graphics and visual elements that lift the production quality of each video.
- Handle post-production quality: colour correction, audio balancing, and syncing of sound and visuals.
- Translate campaign briefs into creative video concepts that communicate brand messaging clearly.
- Format and export videos to the right specs for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, website, ads, etc.).
- Support related tasks such as adding soundtracks, voice-overs, and background audio.
- Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, producers, and the wider marketing team to deliver projects on time and on budget.
- Track content performance and share suggestions to improve engagement and results.
- Keep up with current editing tools, trends, and techniques, and bring fresh ideas into projects.

Preferred candidate profile

- Degree in Video Production,



Film, Media, or a related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Proven video editing experience, ideally in digital marketing, advertising, or a similar setup.
- Hands-on proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop (Adobe Creative Suite).
- Understanding of digital marketing basics and how video supports campaign goals.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and hit deadlines without losing attention to detail.
- Solid communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
