About the Role

We are hiring experienced and highly motivated Program Advisors to join one of India's leading business schools offering industry-focused digital learning programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education or EdTech sales, with a proven track record of closing high-value course enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and working professionals regarding various academic and executive education programs.
- Understand candidates' career aspirations and recommend suitable learning solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead engagement to enrollment closure.
- Conduct telephonic and virtual consultations with prospective learners.
- Follow up with leads, address queries, and drive conversions.
- Achieve individual enrollment and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the admission process.

Eligibility Criteria





- Minimum 2 years of experience in core telesales/admissions counseling within the EdTech or Education industry.
- Demonstrated experience in selling programs/courses with an average ticket size of 1 lakh or above.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven mindset with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
