About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Palantir Developer with 4+ years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Palantir Foundry , data engineering, and application development. You will be responsible for designing scalable data pipelines, building Foundry applications, and delivering high-quality data solutions that support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, PySpark, Spark SQL, and SQL .
- Build and configure applications using Palantir Foundry , including Workshop, Slate, and Quiver .
- Develop and manage data integration workflows, ontology models, and pipeline configurations within Foundry.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and data scientists to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize data pipelines and applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Perform debugging, testing, monitoring, and production support activities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical discussions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for pipelines, workflows, and applications.




- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best development practices.

Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience as a Palantir Developer or Data Engineer working on the Palantir platform.
- Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry (Pipeline Builder, Code Repositories, Ontology, Data Lineage).
- Strong programming skills in Python , PySpark , Spark SQL , SQL , and TypeScript .
- Experience in developing ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration solutions.
- Good understanding of Data Modeling , Data Warehousing , and distributed data processing.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Workshop , Slate , and Quiver application development.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of data governance and security concepts.
- Exposure to Git and CI/CD practices.
- Palantir Foundry certification is an added advantage.
