Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable and maintainable software applications using Node.js and React.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop technical roadmaps for implementation.
- Ensure high-quality code by reviewing and mentoring junior developers, providing feedback on architecture, design, and best practices.
- Participate in system design discussions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Job Requirements :
- 7-13 years of experience in full-stack development with expertise in Node.js and React.js.
- Solid understanding of system design principles and ability to apply them effectively.
- Proven track record of leading a team of developers towards successful project delivery.
