Role: Associate Manager Tool Inspection & Binning(Tool Crib)
Experience: 9+ Years
Qualification: Graduate / Engineering Graduate / AME
Preferred: MBA, PG Diploma, or Diploma in Materials Management

Key Responsibilities

Manage Tool Crib operations and tool inventory systems

Ensure tool identification, engraving, storage, and traceability

Monitor issue, return, replenishment, and accounting of tools & equipment

Coordinate calibration and proof-loading activities for tools and equipment

Maintain Tool & Equipment Control Cards and inventory records

Ensure availability and serviceability of maintenance tools

Conduct periodic physical inventory audits and stock verification

Support internal, external, and customer audits

Implement corrective and preventive actions for audit observations

Lead and supervise Tool Crib staff operations
