Job brief

We are looking for Floor managers and Team leaders for Hyderabad who can handle floor operations and team management for better productivity and sales turnover.

Job Responsibilities - Floor manager

- Responsible for efficiently handling assigned Category/ Section of products with a focus on revenue, profit targets and Inventory Management.
- Must have Floor/Store managing ability.
- Team management and performance management of team and promoters.
- Sales focus and profitability.
- Display and inventory management.

Job Responsibilities - Team leader

- Should have presentable personality,



zeal to perform and to meet targets
- Be updated and provide information about services, warranties, specifications, and finance and delivery options.
- Must keep a check on stocks and stock management.
- Should handle and guide their team for sales and stock management.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum Qualification: Graduation / Post Graduation
- Preferred minimum 4 10 years experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Valuable Interpersonal Communication skills.
- Customer satisfaction-oriented.
- Good energy level and open to learning.
