Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable data-driven solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Customer Data Platform - CDP). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in data integration, data modeling, segmentation, activations, and customer data management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and configure applications using Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360/CDP) to meet business and application requirements.
- Develop and manage Data Streams, data ingestion pipelines, and integrations with multiple data sources.
- Design and implement scalable Data Models within Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Create and manage Customer Segments, Calculated Insights, and Activations to support marketing and business initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform application development, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely technical support.
- Participate in technical discussions and contribute to solution design and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Data Cloud features and industry trends.

- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce technologies with strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360/CDP).
- Hands-on experience with:

- Robust understanding of SQL and database concepts.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience with Salesforce Development (Apex, Lightning, APIs).
- Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
