Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Functional Finance Consultant with a strong understanding of finance and accounting processes. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn ERP systems and work closely with business users to gather requirements, support implementations, and resolve functional issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand business requirements related to finance and accounting.
- Assist in ERP implementation and support activities.
- Configure and test finance-related modules.
- Prepare functional specifications and user documentation.
- Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution.
- Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support.
- Perform UAT and validate business processes.

Required Skills:





- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, MBA Finance, or related field.
- Basic understanding of:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management

- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a client-facing setting.

Preferred:

- Internship or project experience in ERP Finance.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or Excel.
- ERP certification (preferred but not mandatory).
