- Manage daily operations of the centre, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient use of resources.
- Oversee staff performance, provide guidance and training to improve their skills and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth through effective marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain accurate records, and report on centre performance regularly.
Job Requirements :
- 20-30 years of experience in management roles within BSF (Border Security Force), CRPF (Central Reserve Police Force), Air Force or Army Retired background.
- Solid understanding of MS Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc. .
- Proven track record in managing teams effectively and achieving operational excellence goals.
