Role & responsibilities

- Check availability of part numbers in ERP; create new part numbers as required.
- Ensure all materials listed in the aircraft check package are available as per the preload list.
- Raise purchase requests for IRC materials and follow up to avoid maintenance delays.
- Regularly update IRC material status to customers and internal maintenance teams.
- Carry out material forecasting for upcoming maintenance activities.
- Support hangar slot planning to ensure smooth maintenance flow.
- Manage inventory of consumables, expendables, and rotables.
- Execute timely reordering actions to maintain optimum stock levels.
- Lead and guide a planning team & staff members

Key Skills

- Solid knowledge of aviation MRO material planning




- ERP systems proficiency (SAP/AMOS/RAMCO or similar)
- Inventory & procurement management
- Material forecasting
- Aircraft parts identification & documentation
- Coordination with maintenance, logistics, purchase & stores
- Strong analytical and communication skills

Location: Hyderabad
Experience Required: 2-5 years in Aviation MRO Material Planning
Qualification: AME Diploma / Aeronautical Engineering Degree
