We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with over 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Service Catalog.

Roles and Responsibility

- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript and HTML.
- Knowledge of ITSM processes and principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
