Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage branch operations, ensuring effective day-to-day functioning and meeting targets.

- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Oversee sales teams to achieve targets for Deposits and Home Loans, Gold Loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), Mortgage Loans, and other retail products.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Foster strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-7 years of experience in Branch Management or related field in Private or Public sector Banks.

- Strong understanding of Branch Handling, Branch Management, Branch Operations, Retail Branch Banking, Sales & Marketing principles.

- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
