Role & responsibilities

- High-performance co-rotating twin-screw extruders for engineering plastics, masterbatch, filled compounds and laboratory development
- Co-rotating twin-screw compounding extruders; biodegradable polymers, masterbatch and engineering plastics
- Parallel and conical twin-screw extruders for PVC, plastic compounding and extrusion lines
- Co-rotating and conical twin-screw extruders for masterbatch, filled compounds, engineering plastics, recycling and PVC
- Co-rotating twin-screw extruders from approximately 2090 mm for colour and filler masterbatch
- Co-rotating, parallel and PVC twin-screw extruders for plastic compounding and recycling
- Twin-screw extruders for polymer melting, mixing and compounding
- Twin-screw extrusion machines for plastics processing and compounding
- Co-rotating twin-screw extruders for PP, PE, ABS, PVC, PET,

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 5 years of exclusive experience in Twin Screw Extruder Design.

- Strong knowledge of Hot Melt Extruder design principles.
- Experience in co-rotating and parallel twin screw extruders.
- Positive understanding of polymer processing and compounding equipment.
- Proficiency in Solid Edge (preferred), SolidWorks, Creo, Inventor, or similar 3D CAD software.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, machining, fabrication, and assembly.
- Ability to troubleshoot machines during manufacturing and commissioning.
