Job Summary

Sequantix is looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join a high-impact enterprise project. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in enterprise solution architecture, Python development, microservices, API integrations, cloud platforms, and modern architecture patterns.

The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable enterprise solutions, driving cloud adoption, defining architecture strategies, and collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to deliver secure, high-performing, and reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end enterprise solution architecture aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Define application, integration, data, security, and infrastructure architecture.
- Design scalable microservices, REST APIs, API gateways, and event-driven architectures.
- Lead architecture discussions and provide technical direction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive cloud adoption, DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and modernization initiatives.
- Ensure enterprise solutions meet scalability, performance, security, availability, and reliability standards.
- Review technical designs and provide architectural guidance to development teams.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Participate in architecture governance, design reviews,



and technical decision-making.

Mandatory Skills

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Python Development.
- Strong experience in Enterprise Solution Architecture and modern architecture patterns.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Insurance, Membership, and Payment domains.
- Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, API Gateways, and Event-Driven Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (1+ year).
- 3+ years of experience working with cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with messaging technologies such as Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus.
- Knowledge of application security concepts including OAuth 2.0, JWT, and SAML.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Experience with AI/ML platforms.
