Role & Responsibilities

- API Development: Design and implement robust backend APIs using RESTful principles and Spring Boot.
- System Integration: Connect backend systems seamlessly with frontend applications, databases, and third-party services.
- Code Quality: Participate in code reviews and continuously improve the codebase for maximum efficiency.
- Database Management: Write, optimize, and maintain complex queries using PostgreSQL or other SQL databases.
- CI/CD Automation: Create, configure, and manage automated application deployments using Jenkins pipelines.
- Technical Leadership: Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and product managers to lead development efforts.
- Problem Solving:



Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex backend issues to ensure high availability.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience: 3 to 7 years of software development experience in a J2EE web environment.
- Core Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST, Eclipse, Git, and Kafka.
- Database Skills: Mandatory experience with PostgreSQL/SQL (NoSQL database knowledge is a plus).
- Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with Jenkins is required; OpenShift or Cloud experience is preferred.
- Domain Expertise: Prior background working within the inventory domain is highly valued.
- Execution Skills: Proven ability to multi-task, meet tight commitments, and deliver with high accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to work independently and collaborate with a dispersed team.
