Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth, improve employee engagement, and enhance industrial relations.
- Manage payroll processing, PMS implementation, and KPI tracking to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop HR policies, procedures, and guidelines that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Ensure effective communication among employees at all levels through regular feedback sessions, training programs, and performance evaluations.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in corporate HR or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of industrial law, labour laws, and regulations governing the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven expertise in developing HR policies, implementing PMS systems, managing payroll processes, and analyzing KPIs.
