About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Lead to manage end-to-end marketing activities for our AI SaaS products. The role combines Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Brand Building, SEO/GEO, Performance Marketing, Lead Generation, and Marketing Analytics.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, capable of creating content, running campaigns, generating leads, building brand awareness, and driving business growth using modern AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Brand Marketing

- Create blogs, articles, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, and website content.
- Develop content strategies and editorial calendars.
- Create AI-assisted videos, product demos, reels, shorts, and promotional content.
- Build and strengthen brand positioning and messaging.
- Manage online reputation and thought leadership initiatives.

Social Media Management

- Manage LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, Reddit, and other platforms.
- Publish content regularly and engage with audiences.
- Build and grow online communities.
- Monitor trends and improve engagement metrics.

SEO, GEO & Organic Growth

- Improve website visibility through SEO.
- Optimize content for AI search platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity.
- Implement GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and content optimization.

Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Meta Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Microsoft Ads

- Generate qualified leads, demo requests, webinar registrations, and pipeline opportunities.
- Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
- Improve marketing ROI and customer acquisition.

Website & Conversion Optimization





- Build and optimize landing pages.
- Improve lead capture forms and marketing funnels.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
- Work with developers to improve website performance.

Marketing Automation & Analytics

- Manage email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Implement CRM workflows and marketing automation.
- Track campaign performance and prepare dashboards.
- Monitor traffic, conversions, CPL, CAC, ROI, and revenue contribution.

Product Launch & Growth Initiatives

- Support product launches, webinars, events, and feature releases.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Leadership, and Development teams.
- Identify new growth opportunities and marketing channels.

AI Tools Experience

Experience with tools such as:

- Gemini
- Perplexity
- Microsoft Copilot
- Canva AI
- Gamma
- NotebookLM
- CapCut

- ElevenLabs

- Other AI-powered marketing tools

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, Content Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
- Experience in SaaS, AI, Technology, or B2B marketing preferred.
- Strong content creation, campaign management, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
