Key Responsibilities

Execute and supervise Pharma API construction projects from inception to completion.

Handle civil construction activities including:

RCC works, Structural works, Masonry, Finishing work

Coordinate and monitor clean room construction activities including:

• PUF panels

• Epoxy flooring

• HVAC coordination

• False ceiling systems

• GMP-compliant finishes

Coordinate with MEP, HVAC, process, utility, and equipment teams.

Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project schedules.

Ensure execution as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety norms.

Conduct site inspections, measurements, and contractor billing verification.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.

Monitor material planning, procurement coordination, and resource deployment.

Resolve technical and site execution issues effectively.

Ensure compliance with pharma industry standards and project timelines.





Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field required.

- Proficient in studying engineering drawings and implementing them at the site.

- Proficient in using relevant software tools for project management and design.

- Solid leadership skills to manage the site workforce.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including architects, designers, and contractors.

Qualifications:

- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

- Minimum 5-10 years of experience.
