Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy agent-based AI systems using state-of-the-art frameworks.
- Build autonomous and collaborative AI agents for task planning, reasoning, and execution.
- Implement multi-agent architectures, tool use, memory, and workflow orchestration.
- Integrate LLMs with external systems, APIs, and databases.
- Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of agentic applications.
- Develop evaluation, monitoring, and governance mechanisms for AI agents.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and ethical AI standards.
- Maintain transparent documentation and best practices for development and deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Strong proficiency in Python (primary) and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks, including:
- LangChain / LangGraph
- AutoGen
- Semantic Kernel
- CrewAI
- LlamaIndex
- Haystack
- OpenAI Assistants / Agents APIs (or equivalent)
- Solid understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and reasoning techniques.
- Experience with tool calling, memory management, and agent coordination.
- Experience deploying AI systems in production environments.
- Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
