Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct B2B market and company research to identify potential business opportunities.
Research target companies, industries, and key decision-makers.
Build and maintain a database of qualified prospects using LinkedIn, company websites, and other research tools.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights.
Understand IT services such as Software Development, Cloud Computing, AI, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, ERP, and Digital Transformation.
Support the Business Development and Sales teams by providing accurate research and qualified leads.
Prepare research reports, presentations, and business insights.
Ensure data accuracy and maintain CRM records.





Preferred Candidate Profile

Any Graduate
0–3 years of experience in B2B Research, Market Research, Lead Generation, or IT Services.
Valuable understanding of the IT services industry and B2B business models.
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and internet research.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and lead generation platforms is an added advantage.
