- Develop robust data models and semantic layers in Oracle Analytics Cloud aligned with industry standards and billing processes to support high-quality analytics delivery.
- Build interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that enable near real-time monitoring of revenue performance, customer behavior, and operational efficiency.
- Optimize Oracle Analytics Cloud queries, datasets, and data pipelines to ensure a stable, scalable, and high-performance analytics environment capable of supporting growing business demands.




- Collaborate with billing and revenue management teams to translate business requirements into technical designs that accurately reflect domain-specific rules and constraints.
- Integrate Oracle Analytics Cloud with upstream and downstream systems to enable consistent data flows and end-to-end visibility across the revenue lifecycle.
- Implement data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance processes to improve the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of analytics outputs used for financial decision-making.
- Document solution architectures, data transformations, configurations, and technical specifications to support maintainability, audit readiness, and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with distributed and hybrid teams to plan releases, manage configurations, and align analytics delivery with operational schedules and stakeholder expectations.
- Conduct unit testing and support system integration testing (SIT) to ensure analytics solutions perform correctly across billing and revenue management scenarios.
- Provide day-shift production support by troubleshooting analytics issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing timely resolutions to minimize reporting disruptions.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to introduce new KPIs, metrics, and visualizations that address evolving business and industry requirements.
