Manager of IT Engineering Global Workforce Management Leader (India)

What you will do:

- Oversee daily operations of the India Security Operations Center, including monitoring, detection, and response to security incidents. Ensure timely and effective incident management and resolution
- Lead and manage the cybersecurity team at the site, including engineers, providing direction, mentorship, and support
- Collaborates with cross-functional leaders and peer stakeholders to assess risks, align priorities, and drive the continuous improvement of enterprise cybersecurity controls and practices
- Partners with stakeholders across departments to ensure cybersecurity measures are incorporated into operational and strategic activities.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development
- Mentor and coach team members to achieve their career goals and improve performance
- Serve as an escalation point for cybersecurity matters in the Asia-Pacific region
- Support solution development efforts within the TJX IT India Office, managing local product security and other cybersecurity resources, ensuring adherence to policies and standards, and leading global improvement efforts in conjunction with counterparts in other regions
- Serve as a regional point of contact for offshore partners for technical and cybersecurity matters
- Leader-of-leaders with advanced leadership competencies





Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
- 16+ years of experience in cybersecurity
- 6+ years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices
- Strong team management and organization skills; ability to lead, motivate and direct a global workgroup
- Robust performance management skills to include coaching, goal setting, holding team members across multiple levels accountable for commitments
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience recruiting and onboarding associates

Preferred Qualifications

- Master s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are highly desirable
- Understanding of retail operations, in-store technologies, and associate experience
- Experience with estimation, and budgeting
