Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter with 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process for technical roles while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and job fit.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary expectations and manage offer discussions.




- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience by coordinating with internal teams.
- Stay updated on current hiring trends and emerging technologies.

Required Skills:

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical job roles.
- Experience with sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR or related field preferred).
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is an advantage.
