Role & responsibilities

1. Execute Testing & Validation
Perform confirmation, endurance, stress, and self-healing tests as per defined plans, ensuring accurate and timely recording of results in Google Sheets.
2. Failure Analysis & Reporting
Analyze failed capacitors, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and prepare detailed reports with corrective and preventive action (CAPA) recommendations.
3. Product Quality Verification
Check and validate balancing capacitor values to ensure compliance with design specifications and tolerance limits.
4. Data Management & Documentation
Maintain accurate, traceable, and up-to-date records of all testing activities, results, and deviations for internal review and audits.
5. Calibration & Equipment Control
Monitor calibration schedules of lab instruments and testing equipment,



ensuring timely calibration and proper documentation.
6. 5S, Compliance & Standards Adherence
Maintain cleanliness and discipline across lab/shop floor (5S) and ensure all testing activities comply with relevant IS/IEC standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics
- 2 years experience in capacitor testing / quality (freshers can be considered)
- Knowledge of endurance, stress, and self-healing tests
- Basic understanding of failure analysis (RCA) and capacitor parameters
- Familiar with IS/IEC standards and calibration practices
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and maintains 5S on shop floor
