- Escalate emergency situations immediately.
- Ensure customer satisfaction after every ride
- Assist drivers with app issues.
- Handle payment discrepancies.
- Guide drivers on pickup locations.
- Resolve navigation issues.
- Coordinate vehicle replacement.
