Provide leadership to teams developing releases for GIS-related systems. The person filling this role must have the skills of a team leader as well as a GIS / .NET, C#, Java, OSS.- Tech savy. Positive understanding of OOAD and good experience in using UML and Design Patterns.

Hands on experience on in.. In Database design on SQL Server 2005/2008 - 5+ Years. In Client server and n-tier application design - 3+ years. In .NET 2.0, 3.0, 3.5. 4.0 (C#,VB.NET,ADO.NET) +5 years in developing Client server applications. Good understanding of SDLC and knowledge of Agile/V Model of project execution methodologies. Hands-on experience in ArcObjects (ArcEngine, ArcGIS Desktop 9.x, ArcSDE 9.x Arc Toolbox 9.x) development.
