WNS Global Services Private Limited is hiring Associates – Finance & Accounting for its Finance & Accounting (F&A;) business unit based in Hyderabad.

Summary of the Role

- Assisting the finance team with data entry, processing invoices, and reconciling bank statements.
- Candidates are typically expected to manage basic accounts payable/receivable, support month-end closing, and maintain accurate financial ledgers.

Key Responsibilities

Process Related

- Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements, vendor accounts, and resolving discrepancies.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, prepare receipts, track collections, and follow up on pending payments.
- Reporting: Support senior accountants in compiling financial statements, balance sheets, and expense reports.

Skills Required

- Domain expertise (F&A;, AP)
- Analytical ability
- Detail oriented




- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced setting.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts including night shifts.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

People Related

- Works effectively in a group and collaborates with the team effectively.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), M.Com) passing out in 2025 / 2026.
- Additional finance related course/certifications would be an added advantage.

Compensation (INR)

- Annual Fixed CTC: INR 2,70,000
- Annual Variable Pay: Up to INR 90,000 (based on performance)
